Description
" I fear that the Republicans are in league with a foreign power to subvert the Constitution of the United States". - George Washington "Some people will do anything for money". - General Electric/ CNBC's self-promotion for their "American Greed" white-collar crime "reality" show: 1-800-SPWDAFM: Countrywide Credit...They quickly dropped this slogan on the day that I called the 800 number- but not before I recorded several instances of it. CNBC and the other networks sporadically omit or include such words, phrases, or images, as their insider messaging needs dictate. Today (May 16, 2008), CNBC's talking heads have made a special trip to Georgia to broadcast their morning show from Atlanta's Centennial Olympic Park. A guest from Delta airlines mentions the Masters golf tournament; and one of CNBC's messenger boys follows by saying, "I'm not sending a message to anyone, but I'm wearing a green tie". Phoning 404-MASTERS and 404-NEERGEM (LIME GREEN backward), I find that they have been disconnected. Their other regular messenger boy is wearing a pink tie. I phone 404-TIE-PINK and find that it too has been disconnected. 1-866-PINK TIE is an "OnDemand Call Center", a phone room or network full of unwitting messengers for Wall Street organized crime. At the same time, General Electric is sending thousands of coded messages throughout the mass media, with yesterday's announcement that they will be selling their appliance division. My personal favorite slogan-as-message was CNBC's corporate slogan from last year: "We make your business our business". This gem lasted all of a day or two. General Electric regularly seizes the day by winning the public's confidence through their (mostly retrospective) "exposes" on everything from child molestation to (small-time) pyramid schemes and (small-time) offshore banking scams. These same programs on NBC, CNBC, and other GE affiliates- along with the regular daily programming on CNBC and other broadcast networks- are filled with thousands of coded messages every hour for the thousands of shell companies inside and outside of Wall Street; that will insure that General Electric's own standing in the hierarchy of this premier pyramid scheme and shell game will remain intact. Effectively, General Electric, AT&T, and the other leaders in the world's stock markets are killing us with this covert messaging in the mass media, Internet, and telephone lines- while making each and every one of us economically dependent upon the scheme. "amazonbuyback.com": One of the thousands of illegitimate "online boutiques", where you can buy anything from books to real estate: (Today, February 8, 2008, CNBC's "big news" is the Amazon Buyback of one billion dollars of its own stock). There is also an applebuyback.com website, the home page of which would lead one to believe that this is an Apple Computer-approved website; and the site will provide you with a link to anything from Apple computers to apple cider vinegar. Both domain names are registered through ENOM, Inc. (enom.com) in Cambridge, MA, to an individual in Colorado; and they are listed as parked, not secure, and not authorized for e-commerce, according to Network Solutions, Inc. The true value of these "colocation" websites and the other "nothing" websites that you see interspersed in your search results whenever you "Google" for anything, is in their use as structure for insider trading, and other more sinister messaging. This is why all of the "dot com darlings" were valued in terms of "clicks" and "eyeballs", instead of traditional business fundamentals such as "earnings" and "profits". Companies on the Nasdaq stock exchange such as Equinix (EQIX) and Savvis (SVVS) are engaged in this facet of the messaging. Other companies perform similar covert messaging on other platforms. Focus Media (FMCN), a Chinese company on the Nasdaq, sports a perfect likeness of the CBS "eye" logo in their own logo. Focus Media's stock price has fallen 50% since November, 2007, when I began to progressively detail the covert messaging with this eBay ad. Focus Media sends unsolicited e-mail to computers and wireless devices- as does Yahoo, the object of Microsoft's affection. This broadcasting is the equivalent of "Free Radio" or "Free Television" which have effectively provided Wall Street a clear channel for "instant messaging" to insider trading (and other) criminal associates since the inception of radio and television broadcasting. The intended recipients of covert messages are shielded from discovery by law enforcement whenever the same information- however deeply coded- is broadcast to virtually every American. The "free" programming is paid for by commercial sponsors, who pass the costs on to the consumers of their products or services. But the hidden costs to American society and democracy have been immeasurable. The gallery photo in my listing is of the front cover of the 1996 BellSouth Atlanta business phone directory. Taking the phrase under the cover photo: "The Olympic Spirit Comes To Atlanta" in 1996, I phoned 1-800-ATCSOT0 (the phrase in reverse, followed by a zero), and was connected to an AT&T TrueTouch message center. Taking the phrase on the back cover: "Finding Ways To Prevent Child Abuse Shouldn't Be Left Up To Children", I phoned 1-800-ACPTWF0 (the phrase "finding ways to prevent child abuse"- in reverse- followed by a zero), and was connected to another AT&T TrueTouch message center. (These are AT&T EasyReach message centers now). The Centennial Olympic Park bombing occurred within hours after I dialed these numbers during the Olympics. You may come to understand that all manner of social ills- from child abuse to genocide- are vital to this parasitic and socially-coercive messaging scheme, as they provide predictable structure in the mass media for current and future messages. You may also come to understand that this covert messaging has been the foremost contributor to America's- and the world's- social, economic, and moral degradation over the past century. In time, it may be proven that this covert messaging through the "public" airwaves and media is the method by which the great democratic leaders of the world have been quietly- or publicly- slaughtered. And ultimately it may be revealed that the disease outbreaks, epidemics, and incurable diseases of the world are mostly peripheral damage due to the need to continuously eliminate threats against this communo-fascist messaging. Today (March 4, 2008), at 2:40 p.m. the Dow was down 195 points and the Nasdaq was down 34 points, when CNBC's Cramer came on with his "Stop Trading!" segment. After briefly expressing his love for AT&T, Cramer sent volumes of coded messages for the insiders. For example: regarding one oil stock, (XTO): "...going up 15, and back 7" recently, according to Cramer. 1-800-GU15AB7: An AT&T EasyReach message center; and the other, (RIG): "...going up 20, and back 10" recently. 1-800-GU20ABT: An AT&T EasyReach message center. The phrases "on the fly" and "on the dip" were also sent by Cramer: 1-866-ONTHEFL(Y) and 1-866-ONTHEDI(P) had been disconnected when I called later. Other utterances included "gold 1600" and "gold 900": 1-866-GOLD160(0) and 1-866-GOLD900; the former was busy and the latter was disconnected. Within five minutes of Cramer's spiel, the market's losses were virtually erased, with the Nasdaq moving into positive territory after being down all day. Cramer is only a messenger boy, a Sergeant Schultz (or more appropriately, a Soupy Sales) in the vast hub of the messaging universe. Cramer's job is to convince you that the stock markets are not manipulated, and that your chance for successfully investing in the stock markets lies in your "education": more specifically in your purchase of his latest book. His book, coincidentally, is filled with words and phrases which have been tailored for their coordination with available toll-free and local telephone numbers throughout America and the world. CNBC's own Cramer Disclaimer richly proves their (and AT&T's) part in the messaging. Taking the most significant words and phrases from the 29-word first sentence of the disclaimer: "All the recommendations expressed by Jim Cramer": 770-ATREBJC: disconnected; "are solely his": 770-SOLELYH(IS): ("The number you have dialed is not in service At This Time or may have been changed to a different area code")/404-SOLELYH(IS): disconnected; "solely his and are not the opinion of": 770-SHAANTO: disconnected; "are not the opinion of CNBC": 770-ANTOOC(zero): disconnected; "and may have been previously disseminated by him": 770-MHBPDBH: disconnected. A new Suave shampoo commercial on FX Network during the Terminator III rerun (February 20, 2008): "Say yes to beautiful...without paying the price". 1-800-YTBWPTP: An AT&T EasyReach message center... With a little thought, you will see that this toll-free number (9829787) would have little usefulness on the "vanity 800" market. There are too few opportunities for vowels- so it would be of little use for individual words, even for another language. It does, however, have a value in the Language of the Touchpad scheme. It can be used for sending one of numerous phrases as messages, such as (in a line from a 9/11 documentary): "Those who reported for work that day at the World Trade Center would pay the price". Today (March 14, 2008), the "big news" is the Federal Reserve's emergency bailout- using $30 billion of taxpayer dollars- of the Bear Stearns (ticker symbol BSC) brokerage house, through J. P. Morgan Chase. In early trading after news of the bailout is announced, Bear's stock price is trading up two or three dollars. Using my area code of 770, I phone 770-BSCJPMC, and find it disconnected. Bear Stearns' stock price immediately starts trading down by a range of $4 to $5. Dialing 770-BSC5146 (current indication on the screen is that the stock is trading at $51.46), I find that it, too, has been disconnected. Dialing several other 770-BSC**** numeric values as they flash on and off the TV screen, I find that they, too, have been disconnected. The stock price then fell quickly into the mid-thirty dollar range (where I find that the corresponding phone numbers are being disconnected, as well). Subsequently, it was reported over the weekend that J. P. Morgan would pay $2 per share for Bear Stearns.... Today (April 3, 2008), CNBC is broadcasting full coverage of the Senate Banking Committee Hearing on the Bear Stearns collapse: this is the method and sham by which the guilty parties in the brokerage firms are enabled to send further coded messages in their scripted testimony (at taxpayer expense), to conduct their criminal enterprise in full light of day. This communo-fascist covert messaging can be proven by examining current copies of new telephone books in every major city, and even in the small towns throughout America. Today (April 5, 2008), I turn to page 20 of the 2008 at&t "The Real White Pages": a "public service" Customer Guide on Emergency Preparedness. Dialing some of the words, words-in-combination (even those as simple as "a watch": 770-AWATCH0), and phrases-as-acronyms, I am impressed by how many have been (or are being) disconnected in my local (and other nearby) area codes of 770; 404; 678; and 706. The messaging can also be proven by examining the AT&T "self-promotional" ads in "The Real Yellow Pages", and dialing the words, phrases, and alphanumeric references there. And most of the display ads for other legitimate companies were put together by creative specialists at AT&T (and their associates), who had plenty of time to twist the words and phrases to suit the telephone numbers available for covert messaging- local and long distance- before publication of the phone book. You may even find that your residential phone directory is filled with hundreds of phony listings (starting with those which list no address): the names and telephone numbers printed there to provide quickly-referenced messaging opportunities for conversion to local, long-distance, and toll-free phone numbers. Over the past century Wall Street and the "unadvertised" super-rich, throughout America and the world, have periodically succeeded in rendering America into something approaching a third-world nation- through such programs as their promotion of unchecked legal and illegal immigration. This invariably leads to a state as we are currently experiencing: a nation in need of police state/military rule of law for continued survival. The influx of immigrants creates a "Tower of Babel" effect. The vast majority of Americans cannot understand the scores of diverse languages and dialects which have been thrust into the media and the general population. Yet the Wall Street insiders are enriched by their own conversion of the foreign-language words, phrases, and images into local and long-distance telephone numbers, website addresses, and other messaging opportunities. Today (April 20, 2008), Pope Benedict XVI is at "Ground Zero" in New York City. "Ground Zero" had been one of the insider messages long before the 9/11 attacks. Pope Benedict's scripted words, along with the media's scripted coverage of his visit for the past week, have served as structure to send hundreds of thousands, even millions of phone numbers and website addresses for Wall Street and organized crime to conduct their criminal operations in America. While the following concepts may seem strange or unlikely to you at first glance, I hope to our mutual democratic and personal advantage that you will not prejudice them as incredible. We are engaged, whether we like it or not, in a global economic war led by the communications companies in the stock markets. And the middle and lower classes of Americans are set to be the biggest losers in this government-assisted tyranny. Our government agencies, including the intelligence agencies, have been virtually sold off to the lowest (and in many cases the highest) bidders, regardless of the true cost to American democracy. And, as long as the career politicians protect the "journalists" from divulging their sources of information, we will be subjected to colossal media lies which serve to bury the truth, while sending covert messages with the thousands of words in the same "news" stories. We all know that our government and media are corrupt. I am merely defining the means, the purpose, and the depth of the corruption, to the best of my developing knowledge; and in spite of the infamous and unlimited resources of the guilty parties. President George W. Bush is a knowing or unknowing co-conspirator in this criminal subversion of the airwaves, the economy, and American democracy: currently he is beating the drum to grant the guilty communications providers a measure of immunity from lawsuits, under color of National Security. ************************************************************************************************************************ The above and following comments and descriptive text are drawn from my own experience, observations, and documentation; and are subject to investigation by interested parties. copyright 2007 jawjaclay / all rights reserved I am selling licensing rights to my multimedia operating system (and underlying innovations). This Patent issued on the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's website on September 11, 2001, and officially issued on September 18, 2001. The remaining Patent Term runs until September 18, 2018. This Patent enables users and devices to selectively and progressively screen and engage with incoming calls or broadcasts, based on programmable presets, identification and control signals in the communication streams, or overrides. The Patent enables the user (or the device) to identify and establish priority lists for incoming callers and responses, and modify them according to changing conditions. The Patent Application was filed on February 23, 1994. This was before the terms "Internet" and "World Wide Web" had been coined. At the time of the Patent's conception in 1993, I was a state-certified real estate appraiser. Congress had just approved the concept of mortgage-interest deductions for second homes: I sensed a need for a personal electronic system for remote monitoring of one's own home and other real estate. I realized the need for a computer-based security monitoring system that would contact the user via cellphone or other device according to pre-set conditions; and concurrently have the system monitor evolving conditions and further contact the user according to developments. At the same time, I knew that some day the number of incoming calls to the cellphone (or other remote monitoring device) would overwhelm the user (or the device): so a priority management protocol was needed. As soon as I put pen to paper to sketch the details, I realized that the same system could be applied to computer networks and individual circuits. I realized that it could be tied in to a home entertainment system, and to monitor phone and cable television systems in a home or business. And so, having gained some understanding of Patent Law, I determined that it would be necessary to refine the ideas so that they would be broad enough to cover all of the possible uses for the Patent. I also realized that it was necessary to invent elements in this Utility Patent's processes which would insure that it met the legal requirements for novelty, uniqueness, inventive step, and reduction to practice. And I knew from the beginning that the law required that I not keep my Patent efforts secret, in spite of the possibility that others might discover the full nature of the invention before the award of Letters Patent. So, I made efforts from the beginning (1993) to publicize that I had an invention, including periodic newspaper publications, without ever showing anyone the full scope of the patent or associated trade secrets. The original patent application called the invention Ubiquitous Selectively Human-Oriented Educated Robotics (USHER). After serving as a pallbearer for several family members (including both of my grandmothers) in 1994 and 1995, I became dissatisfied with USHER and changed the name to Trans-modal Animated Information Processing with Selective Engagement (TRAIPSE). Please note that the word "animated" does not denote anything associated with cartoons, etc. It is used in the context that the operating system is enabled to monitor, and carry out its own stand-alone objectives and decision-making, and notify the user(s) as conditions dictate. No one was really interested in my invention enough to give it half a listen. Most of the American public were actually enamored (or at least enthralled) with Microsoft's monopoly: because there were no other viable options in PC operating system software available. And right-wing talk radio continually parroted the propaganda that Microsoft was the victim of government oppression. Although Microsoft was merely a software publisher in 1993, the American public was fairly convinced that Microsoft had been awarded a monopoly on all of technology by Wall Street and the government. Every time a small technology company (or independent inventor such as I) tried to get word out in the media that we had a better new technology idea, we were stifled by the national and local media- which were invested in Microsoft and Intel's duopoly. And immediately Microsoft would counter with some vague-yet-blockbuster front-page business news story such as (in 1994): "Microsoft Moving Toward the Wireless Office". In genuine capitalism, companies do not go around broadcasting to the competition their future business plans. As Senator Howard Metzenbaum of Ohio said in July of 1993, "Microsoft's practices are frustrating and thwarting competition...", and "...Microsoft is dominating the market by sending out notices indicating what they are going to be doing in the future; that precludes the others from moving in". What Sen. Metzenbaum (deceased 2008) did not express is that the mass media and telephone lines provide the network, and the opportunity, to exercise an illegal monopoly (or oligopoly) using coded messages. Microsoft's monopoly was called into question in November, 1999, when a federal judge called it an unfair monopoly. But, by that time Bill Gates, Paul Allen, Steve Ballmer, and others who had made billions of dollars at Microsoft, Apple, IBM, and other stock market entities, had set into motion the "Internet incubator" phenomenon (leading to the dot-com bubble and eventual crash) with the start-up of hundreds of small companies through larger start-ups such as ICG, CMGI, and Charter Communications. (Do "I See" G.E. (General Electric) in ICG's ticker symbol (ICGE)...?) Microsoft formally announced today (February 1. 2008) its plan to purchase Yahoo- whether the folks at Yahoo like it or not. If you search the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office website, you will find that Yahoo has had roughly 96 patents assigned to them. Judging from the recent weakness in Yahoo's stock price, it would appear that many or most of the patents are being called into question. I suggest that Microsoft's action is more indicative of Microsoft's long-standing association with General Electric's NBC network and AT&T, than with any practical buyout of Yahoo. (Microsoft had already announced their intent to acquire Yahoo a year ago; and Microsoft has been under NBC's umbrella since long before the MSNBC launch in 1996). This "Breaking News" today was needed to create some "big news" on an otherwise slow news day, as "rhetorical structure" to facilitate communication (including coded messages between the insiders); while creating some renewed interest in such large and impractical deals; and to otherwise create an artificial run-up in the stock markets. The most unreasonable and impractical deals offer the most opportunity for coded messaging, as they provide the most structure (in terms of rhetoric) to parse for words and phrases as phone numbers, website addresses, and IP addresses. Today (February 4, 2008), Microsoft's Steve Ballmer can be seen (seated beside a corporate lawyer?) in a hastily-prepared weekend interview, nervously reading the words that have been prepared for him to convey. The talking heads at Microsoft need only repeat the monetary figures and other messages through the airwaves and other media, the words and figures having been provided to them through other darker entities operating within and without their company, including the corporate lawyers, outsourced consultants, and even organized crime elements. (Last Thursday (February 7, 2008), a "Mob sweep" in New York City rounded up "62 of the highest-ranking members of the Gambino crime family", who were said (by CNBC) to be using toll-free 800 phone numbers for their own covert messaging. I personally searched and saved a copy of the original 170-page indictment on the Internet and found nothing about wire fraud or toll-free telephone numbers). It is my opinion that many of the same talking heads, CEO's and others inside the Wall Street corporations will do anything to preserve their egos and their fortunes: including their own version of insider trading messaging which provides accommodation and cover for the more malicious messaging of others. Today (February 11, 2008) you will find that you get a busy signal at many of the 1-800 phone numbers having the first four digits of Microsoft's ticker symbol (MSFT) (with the exception of select numbers such as 1-800-MSFT POP: an AT&T Easy Reach message center). Only now, some ten years after the onslaught of the dot-com bubble have I found myself enabled by bulletin-board-like technology to get word out in the media, through the graciousness of eBay's Meg Whitman (and others, I am certain) with my aggressive form of commercial free speech; and to daily address the issues which even now continue to prevent the successful marketing of my invention(s); and to express my coincidental concerns with the miserable state of selective republican rule of law and the (lack of) democratic empowerment of the electorate. As for my own political leanings, I have been an independent soul since I first discovered that my father thought he was a Republican and my mother thought she was a Democrat. As I see it now, the (however well-meaning) Republicans and Democrats are best likened to two warring organized crime families, kept in power by despotic forces both domestic and foreign; and each party raining down their own brand of inadequate and misguided ammunition onto the hapless American public. I sincerely regret any harm that I may have caused to anyone's sensibilities or stock holdings at eBay, by shining a light on Wall Street's criminal methods and lack of transparency since November, 2007. eBay's stock in particular has suffered from Wall Street analysts' downgrades (with Citigroup leading the way) since November. Today (March 31, 2008), Gannett Newspapers' own USA Today joined the band of gunslingers angling for the decimation of eBay's stock value, casting their own aspersions on eBay's ability to compete- while sending the insiders their coded messages to insure that their doubts ring true. And today (April 11, 2008), one of GE/CNBC's messenger boys on the Fast Money program recommended that stock traders sell eBay's stock ahead of their earnings report next week. I do hope to continue to list my U.S. Patent #6,292,828 with eBay, if God and the devil (and eBay's new management) permit. My Patent can be used with or without the Internet, which causes much consternation on Wall Street (the real Big Brother). Wall Street and the super-rich throughout the world favor the use of technology applications which are intrusive or enslaving. They cannot thoroughly control the media, and therefore subdue free speech, if there are egalitarian voices emanating from independent media ownership(s). Their solution is to stifle everyone and every media company which refuse to be included in the Wall Street oligopoly. Once a company goes "public" in the stock market, it has been reined in under the umbrella of pseudo-transparency provided by the NYSE or the Nasdaq (or other stock exchange). All corporate communications- including SEC filings, advertising, and even recorded phone messages for customers- can be utilized as covert messaging opportunities for the the insiders throughout the globe. Today (March 19, 2008), Visa is an initial public offering on the NYSE, under the ticker symbol (V). Go to visa.com, and you will find virtually ever web page and voice script filled with messages, to be converted to local, long-distance, and toll-free telephone numbers by the insiders. And today (March 22, 2008), I find that the phone-based messages ("Please call our office at your convenience": 1-800-PCOOAYC; as well as "Please make entry soon or be disconnected": 1-800-PMESOBD) have been quickly disconnected, upon phoning them in the toll-free 800 realm. For the past several years, the Internet stock bubble has been largely revived with the introduction of software applications from "technology partners" (mostly) on the websites of the most successfully-hyped technology companies. Only the insiders are aware of the true nature and ownership of the patents used in the software application. Elements of legitimate patents such as mine are parsed out to various start-up companies, even to hundreds of stock market initial public offerings as happened in the dot-com bubble, in order to defeat the Patent. In effect, Wall Street makes American investors (as well as the entire economy) financially dependent on the success of these companies, their patent thefts, and the resulting stock market bubbles. A minor recurrence of the bubble appears to have manifested itself today (December 20, 2007) in the form of a spin-off by Oracle Corporation: an Initial Public Offering called NetSuite; they want to store all of your personal information and business records at one of their remote locations, while providing you with "net-based" business automation software and patents they claim are entirely their own. Following Oracle's cue, today (January 4, 2008) Red Hat's new CEO asserted his convoluted conviction to "democratize" information by giving "their" software to you at no charge, and billing you for the Linux-related services. And, according to ABC News Online, Yahoo announced at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas (January, 2008) that they will "open-source" their mobile platform to allow outside software developers to create "widgets" on the Yahoo website. Yahoo also introduced a new "prototype" version of Yahoo Mail which will "give higher priority to messages from senders who are friends of recipients": this will infringe on my Patent claim for prioritization based on encoded identifications. Now (February 21, 2008), Microsoft announces that they will release 30,000 pages of their software code, so that outside software developers can be called upon to develop applications on Microsoft's operating system(s). This is designed to spread the blame for patent infringement among the thousands of outside software developers, while appeasing European pseudo-regulators. And, with this "significant announcement", as well as the millions of lines of binary and hexadecimal computer code they release, they are providing structure for a plethora of further insider coded messages. Today (January 16, 2008), Oracle announces their plan to purchase BEA Systems, according to CNBC. Oracle had already announced this plan on October 12, 2007. BEA Systems was founded in 1995 by Alfred Chuang, and has subsequently cobbled together a "business application" software portfolio, similar to NetSuite, comprised of "products" derived from the acquisitions of at least five or ten software applications or entire companies. Today's (old) news from Oracle may have as much to do with insider messages, however. For example, CNBC's Cramer was seen pumping the stock price of Riverbed Technologies on Mad Money yesterday; and Cramer has been known to pump BEA Systems often in the past. If you look at BEA's product portfolio you will see other "liquid" references. BEA Systems' corporate slogan is "Think Liquid". One of their products is called Aqualogic and another is Tuxedo. (Remember CNBC's repetitive footage of "tuxedo'ed" penguins diving into the water, as the dot-com crash dragged on for at least a year?) And oil, the most notable of liquid commodities, has been atop the news every day for months, having set a new record high of $100 per barrel last week. This is but one example of possible methods for insider trading, using the traditional media. Another example might be the Ameriprise Financial commercials, featuring a B-movie actor and a red chair which is placed in the most unlikely of locations (desert sand dunes; a lonely stretch of highway, etc.). These commercials have been running for a few weeks, since mid-to-late December: such "red" references could have been used to signal the insiders of impending "red ink", or "blood on The Street", as the saying goes. At any rate, we now find Wall Street in the middle of a larger correction than most investors could have anticipated. General Electric enjoys an unique position as the premier (multi-national) multi-layered defense conglomerate with interests ranging from turbine engines to finance to mass media propaganda. As the U.S. Chief Propaganda Minister, General Electric, with its NBC and CNBC units, leads the rest of the mass media in creating the daily lie(s) to explain away the daily ups and downs in the stock market and other financial markets. To allow the truth about the corruption in the stock markets to be told daily would amount to transparency, and would result in short-term disaster for the world's stock markets, and would reduce yearly average percentage gains in the stock markets to the low-single digits. General Electric is perhaps the most widely-respected company in the world. I submit that GE is perhaps the most important contributor to America's problems. GE employs, according to their website, over 300,000 people worldwide. Certainly these include many well-meaning and egalitarian individuals, both in the rank-and-file and on the Board of Directors. However, the legal term "conspiracy" makes allowance for the fact that often the co-actors in a conspiracy of fraud, corruption, or other criminal activity are never aware of their individual part in a conspiracy. And, contrary to Hollywood propaganda, successful conspiracies are not hatched in smoky back rooms or dark alleys; but are executed in the light of day and bedecked with the appearance of respectability, by the mass media complicitors- often including members of the Federal Communications Commission and government in general, federal, state, and local. Expatriation (corporations moving their headquarters overseas) and even stock market corrections offer excellent opportunity for patent thefts and other corruption in the stock markets. For example, when Enron bankrupted, (their?) "intellectual property assets" were sold to Switzerland-based UBS. Switzerland still claims to have been "neutral" in World War I and World War II, yet profited from gold and other assets taken forcibly from the (mostly Jewish) victims of the war. Even the gold fillings from the teeth of the victims in the concentration camps wound up in the Swiss banks. And yet, even now Swiss Banks are the primary conduit by which ill-gotten gains from the world's corrupt, tyrannical, and genocidal schemes are routed and given the shelter of secret bank accounts. Perhaps because it has proven itself such a bastion of "neutrality"- but more succinctly because unfathomable sums of money (no matter how tainted with blood) comprise our real world government- Switzerland has been awarded further prominence, respectability, and authority. The World Intellectual Property Organization was founded in Geneva, Switzerland in 1960 and was made a Special Agency of the United Nations in 1974. The World Trade Organization was established in Geneva, Switzerland in 1995. In other words, the most important patent and trade decisions that affect the world every day are made in a little land-locked armpit of a country (natural beauty notwithstanding) that would otherwise be unable to subsist financially without its prominence as the historically most corrupt country in the world. Yet, Swiss banks such as UBS and Credit Suisse are now given great respect by General Electric's CNBC and the rest of the mass media which daily affirm their "credibility". In particular, CNBC daily gives these Swiss banks the ability to create and destroy valuations in the American stock markets with their reported upgrades or downgrades. Today (November 20, 2007) Credit Suisse raised their target valuation on Google from $800 per share to $900 per share. (Google had recently suffered a mild correction, falling from $747 a share down to $623 a share). In a recent court case in San Francisco, Credit Suisse reaffirmed that they have no obligation to the U.S. Constitution- or any other American laws- regarding Swiss confiscation of American assets however they see fit. And today (November 28, 2007) Credit Suisse upgraded their rating on UBS, citing probable "fewer billions in write-downs than previously reported", according to CNBC. But, oh, what's this...Today (December 10, 2007) UBS announced a larger-than-expected additional loss of $10 billion. But don't worry. They also report large "cash infusions" of $9.7 billion from Thailand and unspecified billions from a (typically) secretive Middle Eastern entity. Now (February 26, 2008), UBS has lowered their target valuation on Google (Nasdaq ticker symbol GOOG) to $590 per share (since Google's stock price has fallen to $460 per share this morning). Phoning 1-866-GOOG590 (that's GOOGLY followed by a zero), I get an automated switchboard for Nestle Waters USA, which will handle my home or office Zephyr Hills personal drinking water needs (if I live in Florida). Nestle is the "world's largest food company" according to their website, and their corporate headquarters is located in Vevey, Switzerland. For obvious reasons, I would personally have to restrain myself from using their bottled water delivery service, even if I found myself relocated to Florida. More important to me than the entertainment uses of my Patent, were its possible applications to revive the manufacturing base in America. We had been losing manufacturing jobs to Japan and China in particular for decades. World War II had taught us, however, that we needed to have a vibrant manufacturing base in case of catastrophic war. As I wrote in the Patent application, I saw that small manufacturing facilities of one to five workers in particular could benefit from using a remote monitoring system that would notify an owner, manager, or worker whenever automated (or surveyed) conditions required human or other intervention. Little did I know that Wall Street had other plans, such as escaping to China with our ideas and setting up manufacturing there to a degree that no one could have anticipated in 1993. The effect now is that American manufacturing is practically non-feasible, given the magnitude of the shift to China, and the infinite pool of low labor rates there (including slave labor, child labor, and prison labor). Now we have China and other Asian countries building manufacturing facilities here in the U.S., to take advantage of: (resulting) stagnation of blue-collar labor rates here; the political power of bedding down with state governors and other local politicians; extra profits from land speculation in and around new manufacturing locations; and the propaganda power of gracing an ailing America with jobs at their new (tax-deferred) multi-million dollar manufacturing facilities. Google has been fostered, promoted, and rewarded with an unreasonably high stock valuation by General Electric, at&t, and other Wall Street insiders, for several reasons, including (but not limited to): (1) Google buys up Patents which the insider/speculators deem to (in the aggregrate) provide a means to defeat Patents such as mine. In fact, it is the billions (now hundreds of billions) of dollars from (mostly) unknowing investors which help defeat my Patent by defeating my ability- or anyone's ability- to finance a patent infringement lawsuit against Google; (2) Google provides a platform for screening of personal web searches (which provides a means for corporate censorship, as well as intrusive personal information gathering on Americans); (3) Google provides a platform for the dissemination of software techniques provided by its "technology partners", said techniques infringing on patents owned by independent inventors; (4) Google provides a monetary socially exclusionary device with its "pay-for-ranking" scheme; and, (5) Google's excessive valuation in the stock market insures that those who have already been duped into investing in Google's stock will do anything to help keep the stock price up, including helping to shut out other more user-friendly platforms such as my Patent. Now (June, 2007) Google announces that they want to enter the cellphone market, and give you one phone number that will follow you wherever you go; BellSouth (now absorbed by at&t) had announced this scheme in 1994, with "their" "Futuristic Phone Network". Now (November 5, 2007) Google has announced "agreements" with 30 or so wireless phone providers to distribute "free" software on their networks, whereby other (presumably smaller companies) will be able to add software applications and new features. I see this as the latest in a string of successful attempts to keep investors eagerly pumping up Google's stock price, while effectively diminishing my Patent toward the goal of its ultimate defeat. Google's "search engine/algorithm" and "tracking cookie" are at the core of its Bubble Empire. It remains to be seen whether Google will tweak "their" own software to serve as the means for cellphone call placement and trafficking; or whether they will use other companies (such as VM Ware, a recent Nasdaq IPO; or the phone providers' "own" patent-infringing software) as partners to infringe on my Patent, from Claim 1 of my Patent all the way through Claim 31. Now (January 21, 2008), Microsoft announces its entry into the "Virtual Machine" platform with the acquisition of Calista Technologies, "a San Jose start-up". Google would not be the first to lie about profits and earnings (in the tradition of HealthSouth and Enron- and indeed perhaps the majority of Wall Street corporations) in order to pump their stock prices higher, even at the expense of paying higher taxes in the near-term. Every billion (or hundred billion) dollars added to their stock valuation, even if it is phony valuation, insures the death of competing platforms- and even the inventors themselves, in many cases- as justice is delayed/denied by inducing large institutions and small investors alike to pile more dollar investments on the pyramid. (Conversely, a company will lie to the downside about quarterly earnings or expectations, as part of the overall scheme to cajole the Federal Reserve to lower short-term interest rates so Wall Street corporations can have cheap credit to buy back their stock during stock market corrections- in spite of inflation that is already out of control). Lack of proper government oversight and regulation of the stock markets even facilitates the use of the stock markets as a means to pump up a stock's price- and gain immediate capital from a quick sale the same day- while concurrently providing the same capital to organized crime elements to carry out any number of deeds, from murder to political coups, throughout the world. The average web-surfer is moderately content with the Google search engine, as it appears to be provided at no personal expense to the user, regardless of the privacy issues. Younger users feel a certain kinship, for the most part, as they identify with the "new" Internet medium as being an integral part of "their" generation; while the mass media continually pump the idea that the older generations do not understand the technology. (It appears to be a classic case of generational "revolutionary" pride trumping common sense, spoon-fed by the mass media as usual). And I am in continuous awe at the number of people who loath and despise the U.S. Government's slightest attempts to gain information through the Internet: while the same people freely give up more information than they will ever realize, to be warehoused ad infinitum, to entities such as Google and their thousands- even millions- of "search partners" and anonymous associates throughout the world. Even if Google says they will delete the search information after some time period, that does not mean that it will in fact be deleted. Conversely, Google's dominance as the de facto search engine (or even the controlling search engine) will provide a means to block, screen, censor, and later permanently delete information brought forward by freedom-loving individuals determined to use the Internet and other modern communications to disseminate such vital information in the public interest. The collection and storage of your searches on the Internet is the equivalent of having someone looking over your shoulder to see what you are reading, and even gives some indication of what you are surmising or thinking with regard to a subject. For example, say you have an idea for a new product that you might wish to patent from a combination of two known inventions for which the patents are now public domain (expired). You might actually give your idea away simply by "Googling" the disparate words or phrases associated with each element of your patent idea: and especially so, if someone has warehoused your search information. And, once they discover that you are an inventor or entrepreneur who is threatening their monopolies or oligopolies, they will be sure to review and mine your search history to your detriment; and they will surely invent defamatory information about you if it serves their own goals. Google's "tracking" cookie appears to be directly reading on Claim 1 of my Patent, which reads: "A system for detection and reporting of conditions of devices and/or components in circuits or networks, comprising transmission or reception of signal indications, said indications comprising relative degrees of readiness or ability of one or more devices or components to communicate and/or intercede in system processes". My Patent redefined the communication protocol between devices, away from the traditional modem "handshake" (which patent had expired), and toward a more progressive recognition of devices incorporating predetermined capabilities or availabilities of devices for communication at any given time: including the "one phone number that follows you around" (if you so choose to enable that feature; or disable it as your needs dictate). If you read the entire Patent Claim section, you might understand that: any communicating device which sends a concurrent or embedded control signal; or automatically communicates according to a preset "trigger", as I stated in the original patent application- ("Trigger" and "soft trigger" subsequently became foreign-and-domestic-policy buzzwords during the Clinton administration); or employs device identifications encoded within the frequency; or any device which uses multiple microprocessors to optimize communication fluency between devices; or sends an automatic update to another device- including GPS devices, game consoles, and gambling software- also infringes on my Patent. Are you really going to watch movies on your cellphone? Hello! No! But you might watch a snippet, a "trailer" of a movie or other product offering, on your cellphone. And, with my Patent, if you like the offering's content or production quality, you with the click of a button (or your programmed pre-sets in your pod device, with the operation of a software "switch") might then approve the full-length production for downloading to your home DVR or other local or distant storage device for immediate or future viewing. Or, you might aim your infrared-equipped cellphone toward the closest PC (if compatible), to print out specs on the proposed content being offered. Wall Street CEO's (and others) are still busy convincing you that you will watch movies on your cellphone. That is because the insider message recipients will be enabled under this scheme to receive their audible messages on yet another "clear channel" (as provided by the lines spoken in the movie script) no matter where they are: and call the local or long-distance numbers (or Internet addresses) which correspond to the words or phrases- to obtain further directives. Carry this to its logical conclusion, and you will see that it better enables criminals and despotic forces to phone in from outside your door for instructions on how to get past your alarm system. iBiquity (a Lucent/AT&T spin-off), TiVo, Sirius and XMSR, and even General Motors (with "their" OnStar technology); as well as "at&t" and all of the regional and long-distance telephone, cable, and satellite entities are moving toward my Patent's technology, after recruiting aid from the software providers, and after first recruiting aid from Congress. The (whoring) approval by Congress which made software and "business methods" patentable particularly enabled Wall Street brokers with automatic trading software (which also infringe on my Patent Claims) to perpetuate the day-trading nature of today's stock markets; while helping to cripple hundreds of other legitimate patent applications. The recent collapse of eTrade's stock value (as well as other brokerages on Wall Street) in late 2007 and early 2008 have as much to do with insider fear of discovery of their trading software Patent dealings, their involvement in the covert messaging, and other criminal activity, as with their lending practices. General Electric/CNBC's Cramer beats the drum frantically almost every evening on the Mad Money program, to convince the public that the XM Satellite Radio/Sirius Satellite Radio merger should be approved. This merger is "one year and 15 days overdue" as of today (March 4, 2008), according to Cramer's calendar. Why this merger should take place is puzzling at best, to the average viewer. If you will look at it from my perspective, however, you will see why it is so important for Wall Street and the mass media that the merger is approved. First: Several years ago, I wrote to XM Satellite Radio and Sirius Satellite Radio, and notified each that they may be infringing on my Patent. (Actually, I will need to check my records to see if Sirius Satellite Radio ever got the certified letter; there were so many companies on the Internet calling themselves Sirius, that there was some confusion about their identity and the correct mailing address. Funny how they let that happen with their trade name, isn't it)? Second: With this merger, XMSR and SIRI would create a monopoly with such cash flow that it would create that magical monetary barrier to patent infringement lawsuits, such as are enjoyed by Microsoft and Google with their multi-billion dollar cash reserves. And third: There is the ever-present rhetoric-for-coded-messages factor, by which the markets are manipulated, and by which the government (which was supposed to be the people's government) is subdued, bought, and otherwise controlled. Sirius and XM are no doubt falling all over themselves to coordinate the content and the timing of their song playlists, so as not to play the same songs at the wrong times. This creates too much confusion for the insider message recipients, to say the least, having the same songs (titles and lyrics as messages) being sent to them by more than one nationwide satellite radio messaging "authority". Already they are suffering the hardship of having to coordinate with the phone companies with regard to the rapidly-increasing burden of disconnecting and reconnecting phone numbers (or otherwise enabling/disabling them) according to developing needs. (This, because so many more American citizens and government agencies have been made aware of the messaging scheme in recent weeks). Many of the medical device makers have been fed my technology innovations by software and hardware "providers". Possis Medical (POSS on the Nasdaq) appear to be infringing on my Patent with their Angiojet Thrombectomy System. And Intuitive Surgical (ISRG on the Nasdaq) appears to infringe on my Patent with their "da Vinci" hospital operating room digital operating system. Intuitive Surgical, by coincidence or by design, is located in Sunnyvale, California, less than five miles from Microsoft's intended: Yahoo. And, according to Intuitive Surgical's website, their other corporate headquarters is located in Aubonne, Switzerland. And today (May 1, 2008), PharmaNet Development Group's stock price is down sharply (about 30 percent). With its Nasdaq ticker symbol of (PDGI), it can be called upon to send diverse messages ranging from "PEGGy sue" to "PEGGing the dollar". Checking the U.S. Patent and Trademark website, I find no patents attributed to PharmaNet. Going to the PharmaNet website, I find (among their coded messages) that they "offer a complete set of web-based, web-accessible tools that facilitate the collection, management, and reporting of clinical trial information", (as in drug approval clinical trials). "Their" "PharmaSoft suite of applications" appears to infringe squarely on my Patent. According to their website, they have offices in 13 American cities (including Washington, D.C., to more readily control decisions made by the Food and Drug Administration, Congress, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office); and 29 international cities (including Zurich, Switzerland). Gemstar-TV Guide's "Interactive TV Guide" patent (U.S. Patent #5,915,026); (Primary Examiner Salvatore Cangialosi): ("System and Method for Programming an Electronic Device from a Remote Site") is perhaps the most celebrated of the patents which have interfered with, and infringe on, my Patent. My patent application was filed on February 23, 1994; and my Patent was not officially awarded until September 18, 2001. Gemstar Development Corporation's patent application was filed on December 23, 1994, exactly 10 months after my patent application; and yet their patent was awarded on June 22, 1999, helping to lead the Nasdaq dot-com bubble to its high mark of 5408 by the following March, 2000. Nevertheless, other patents have been subsequently cobbled together into a Gemstar patent portfolio, to convince investors that Gemstar's Interactive TV Guide patent is invincible. Why is an oligopoly on communication patents so important to Wall Street, you might ask. (After all, they continually pump into your head that "Content is King!", and evidence it by rewarding Hollywood actors, writers, producers, directors, and music celebrities with outlandish millions to "prove" it to you). Most of the actors are oblivious to the thought that their on-screen dialogue can be used for coded messages or other subliminal purposes; they will cling to global celebrity causes, even unwittingly sending messages for the Wall Street and organized crime forces which are to blame for their cause du jour. But they would never consider daring to demand a clause in their record, movie, or television contracts requiring that their words and other content not be used for alternative messaging purposes. And they never stop to think that many of the "gizmos" of technological wizardry that they use as props are actually mock-ups being used to "bust" patents through visual "publication" of the idea before it can be patented. The actual devices- TV's, telephones, and other handheld devices have become commoditized by the manufacturers: largely because the communications network providers subsidize the manufacturers to keep the prices ever-lower. That leaves the operating system and other technology patents as the true prize to be sought and seized- by any means necessary. Every new advance in communications technology allows Wall Street to better reach out to every remote location in America and gain current information. Certainly no one in the communications industries would like to admit it publicly, but- particularly in the deregulated telephone environment forced upon America- the insiders have been awarded unique and undue opportunity to misuse the nation's communication lines for their own personal financial gain and political power. With their virtual ownership of the nation's airwaves, and with their covert messaging dialogue, they are enabled to conduct their own domestic economic war against American citizens, even in the most remote locations. It follows that, with little or no government oversight (or even with government complicity), they are subject to the temptation of engaging in a number of criminal offenses: including listening in on targeted individuals (such as inventors, whistleblowers, witnesses, and anyone who threatens the Wall Street oligarchy), their personal habits and conditions, their property, and their livelihoods; and taking whatever steps they decide as necessary to preserve their dominion. Wall Street and the super-rich understand the importance of mass media (and personal communications of all types) to the prospect of a healthy democracy. They understand democracy's need for an informed electorate, which requires free-flowing access of information and opinions from every layer of the social strata. They must prevent that free flow of dialog from common-citizen-to-great-numbers-of-citizens. In doing so, they prevent widespread outcry from citizens who have been alerted to any problem which deserves and demands the attention of citizenry and government. The Internet has become a great new medium for idea formation, dissemination, and consensus-building, with potential for peaceful revolution and positive change in our government. But, by its successful attraction of a growing audience, the Internet has contributed to losses in the traditional (television, radio, newspaper, and motion picture) media viewership and revenue. As a result, the traditional media have become yet more monolithic- and treasonous- in their zeal to appease and please their true financial constituency: Wall Street and the super-rich. The super-rich (both in America and abroad) must keep in place their "representative" agenda to subdue the possibility of peaceful democratic revolution. Of course, as we know, the ones who really get representation from Congress and other elected officials are those Wall Street corporations and other monied interests who continually buy America's democracy away from us. And, adding insult to injury, they have many of their right-wing radio and television talk-show parrots preach to us about the evils of democracy. I have often heard them describe democracy as "mob rule" and "dangerous". Of course, real democracy would be dangerous to their multi-million dollar yearly incomes as propagandists and unwitting code messengers. And, in fact democracy lacks any chance of success as long as the airwaves are filled with a steady mix of their propaganda, along with sensational and violent programming: which serve to mesmerize and corrupt our hearts and minds from childhood on through adulthood. These diversions, deviations, and distortions in programming content further serve to distance the common citizenry from information vital to democracy (insuring a sort of "paternalistic" requirement for a "representative" government to "protect" the uninformed electorate from their own "mistaken" choices). As long as they control the content and dialog, the guilty coded messaging cartel will continue to use the words, sounds, and images to control such institutions as the stock markets and governments- and even our own chances for individual survival. This coded messaging scheme is neither impossible nor difficult to prove. It is, however, subsidized by those who will pay a premium for mass media advertising; or for one of the "vanity 800 numbers" which spells out the name of their company or product. And it is also subsidized by every American who pays a telephone bill, a cable or satellite TV bill, or even goes out to a movie. In fact, there is perhaps no area of our lives that is not affected by this messaging; and therefore it follows that there is no area of our lives that is not directly subsidizing this criminal endeavor. At the risk of being seen as an enemy of the state, I will say that I suspect that the coded message complicitors are shielded by government "intelligence" agencies which use the same techniques. I have come to the conclusion that "my" government (or, that is to say, the government in Wall Street's pocket) will never garner the courage or the resources required to prosecute this corporate coded messaging. The major "intelligence" agencies' own websites appear to be tailored with code words and phrases to be converted to phone numbers, websites, and other insider messages. The National Security Agency's website in particular boasts of their "collaboration" with industry. The Constitution of the United States takes a back seat to this Wall Street corporate organized crime method, as our government has been effectively incorporated into Wall Street. The "intelligence" agencies no doubt insist that this covert messaging mode of communication is a necessary and vital means to protect individuals. I contend that it provides a larger network- "structure"- in which other criminal elements can be integrated to conduct the elimination of those same individuals who rebel against the methodology (or who are otherwise deemed uncomplementary to the Corporate Will). I offer this example of the messaging. Today (December 20, 2007) CNBC ran segments throughout the day to pump Google's stock price up in celebration of the government's timely approval of their purchase of DoubleClick. During one of these early segments, around 12:30 p.m., CNBC's screen caption misspelled "DOUBLE-TAKE" as "DOULBLE-TAKE". I phoned 1-888-DOULBLE and also 1-877-DOULBLE and got a congenial young man who answered the phone as "Savage Securities" and later as "Savage and Associates". (Less than an hour later the 888 number blocked my call. The 877 number still worked). A trip to the Savage and Associates website revealed that they are not a securities broker, after all; but they offer securities through Walnut Street Securities, a MetLife subsidiary. Now (February 17, 2008), it appears that these numbers have been re-assigned to new subscribers. The most common form of this covert messaging involves calling a toll-free (or local) phone number or Internet website address after hearing or seeing a cue (on TV, radio, Internet, and even billboards). But, any manner of communication can be used, including books, magazines, radio song playlists, bumper sticker slogans, junk mail, fax mail, or spam, and product packaging including your favorite breakfast cereal; and political advertising through television, radio, or telephone. You might say that Hillary Clinton's "vast right-wing conspiracy" is right under her very nose. Today (March 16, 2008): Immediately prior to my first (oldest) current listing on eBay are two listings for patents, supposedly on behalf of an eBay member in Hawaii. Both listing headers display blatant misspellings of the word "business" as BUSSINESS; and one listing misspells "opportunity" as OPPERTUNITY. Calling each of these misspellings in my area code 770, a busy signal is returned. Often, the messenger boys will use your local television or radio advertising (or even roadside signs or company vehicles' phone numbers and other lettering), setting up toll-free numbers (or numbers in other area codes) as contact points for their associates who discern the messaging opportunity. For example, this morning (March 15, 2008) during the local ABC news affiliate coverage of last night's tornadoes in Atlanta, an Estes Heating and Air commercial was run frequently. I used their phone number, but with a 1-800 prefix instead of the local area code, and was connected to an AT&T EasyReach message center. (For all I know, by this time the AT&T EasyReach 800 numbers may have been handed off in their entirety to a government "intelligence" agency- so as to more convincingly depict me as an enemy of the state). And nothing is sacred to the messaging disciples: they will use Bible verses or newspaper obituary prose, for example. One of the best opportunities for the covert messaging is (especially the "mistakes" in) the TV closed-captioning for the hearing-impaired: a terrorist or other criminal can safely get his coded messages there, even if some legitimate government agency has his location under audio surveillance. Did you ever hear a joke that was making the rounds that was so senseless or in such bad taste that you don't know why you laughed at it? Next time, you may realize that there may be more to the widely-disseminated joke than its lead-on or its punch line. (And don't blame me: I'm just the messenger). Use your imagination, and I'm sure that you can find currently-exploited messaging opportunities that I have not noted here. Today (March 27, 2008), I heard a song on (one of) the local Clear Channel radio affiliates, from the 1980's rock band INXS. One of the lines in the song is "Every single one of us the devil inside". Using the words US and DEVIL to render the necessary seven digits, I arranged the "devil inside us", so to speak: UDEVILS. I called the 800, 888, 877, and 866-UDEVILS phone numbers and all of them returned busy signals. Moments later, the 800 number had been flipped to a "chat line". And I will include the following example to elucidate on this messaging aspect, as it bears public airing, since altruism is virtually non-existent on Wall Street. Annaly Capital Management (ticker symbol NLY) is "Celebrating 10 Years on the NYSE", having gone public on February 18, 1997 during the Internet Bubble stock run-up. CNBC's Cramer and thestreet.com have been beating the drum for Annaly for almost a year now. Since April, 2006, I had been advertising on eBay for a patent attorney to prosecute those infringing on my Patent. In an entirely unrelated matter, on March 9, 2007, I took photos of a local historic banquet hall in my hometown and e-mailed them as I had promised, to a young business associate named Annalee. You can see by their stock chart that Annaly Capital Management had been trading (unusually) sideways for weeks before that time. Then, on March 13, 2007, Annaly issued a stock offering, creating a two-month bubble taking their stock price some 25 percent higher in a month. The eavesdropping insiders in particular (reading my e-mail) might recognize this development as an indication that other insiders are also aware of what could be construed as possible romantic links- or are to arrange other more sinister developments. And then there is the sweet young lady who cuts my hair: her parents appointed her the unusual name of Mistee. Calling 1-800-MISTEE1: An AT&T EasyReach message center. 1-800-MISTEE4 and 1-800-MISTEE6 have returned busy signals since I tried them several weeks ago. But what a small world indeed! If you really like to examine coincidences as much as I obviously do, try this one. Today (March 10, 2008), I phoned 770-ANNALY0 for the first time, only to be connected to the main number for the local Electrical Membership Cooperative- located less than five miles from my door. The young lady who answers the phone could not tell me how long they have used this number; but the actual main number where I reached her is a 770-267-**** number (and not the 770-266-2590 that corresponds with ANNALY). Checking a 1997 phone directory (from my archives- come on, ladies, how many guys do you know with their own phone book archives!), I find that the 266 phone numbers were non-existent before 1998. The EMC's website indicates that the website was initiated in 1997; the website itself now appears to be rife with outsourced "Chamber of Commerce-type" script as coded messages. Annaly Capital Management was spun off FIDAC Investments, which had been involved in "offshore" funds since about 1994, according to an Annaly representative. All of the above circumstances are given more weight on my "Personal Coincidence Scale", as I was scouring the countryside in this exurb of Atlanta in late 1996 and 1997- looking for a homestead in which my mother could enjoy her retirement years. Here is another coincidence which I find entertaining. (Today is March 18, 2008). Yahoo and Google were both supposedly given their unconventional, even comedic-sounding names, in concert with the "revolutionary" frivolity of the Internet stock bubble heyday. (Google is actually a "feel-good" mathematical term). I could not name a third stock that survived the Internet dot-com collapse, with such a silly name intact. Google's stock symbol on the Nasdaq is (GOOG); Yahoo's stock symbol on the Nasdaq is (YHOO). The letter sequences GOO and HOO both coincide (in the Language of the Touchpad) with the 466 local telephone exchange located within the local area code (less than five miles away), through which I and thousands of my neighbors pass every working day. Washington Mutual's stock has taken quite a beating on the stock market lately. This probably has as much to do with their numerous billboards dotting the landscape in recent months: displaying nothing but the phrase "Whoo hoo" in large block letters. (These two ticker symbols are also extraordinarily rich with opportunity for messaging, as they coincide on the touchpad with so many common words and phrases that we use or hear every day in the media: HOMe; HOMeland security; HONg kong; HONey; GOOd; GONe; I'M On it; I'M Over it; IN One hour; etc.). IBM similarly enjoys a tremendous advantage in this covert messaging, as their messages can be quickly discerned by the insiders: "I AM NOT A crook"; "I AM SUPErman"; I AM WOMAn"; etc. (How did we ever really think that IBM could manage such longevity in the "marketplace", without such a hidden weapon as this communo-fascist messaging)? And yet, none of these match the superlative advantage enjoyed by General Electric with their GE ticker symbol, which of course coincides with HE on the touchpad: "HE IS GOD"; "HE IS THE devil"; "HE GOT CAught with his hand in the campaign cookie jar"; etc. And one can scarcely write a short sentence without several GE sequence of letters backward or forward somewhere in the line. Aside from HE GOT CAught in the previous example, I see: GEH**** (that's "HE Got", in reverse); I DNAH SI (that's GENAHSI); HE CAMPA (GECAMPA- or, in another context: "GE CAN SAy); etc. Often, the toll-free (or local) phone number will direct you to another message center. For example, this week (today is January 14, 2008) the word "usher" is on every television commentator's lips, from CNBC to the local TV weather person, as in: "The storm will usher in a cold front". Call 1-800-USHERIN, and you get the recorded message: "Call the TalkLine at 1-800-559-TALK for exciting people nationwide". These "chat" lines or "phone sex" lines require that you enter your credit card information for further access. The (relatively) few fools, adolescents, and deviants who call these lines provide the necessary cover to create the impression that this is a legitimate communications enterprise. They are unknowingly providing cover for the Wall Street insiders and other operatives who obtain coded messages from those "chat line" employees, who have been provided with scripted words and phrases to (unwittingly) utter as insider messages. And I submit that a significant portion of the "subprime" lending problems on Wall Street (that are being attributed entrely to home mortgages) is actually the money involved in setting up and disbursing credit card accounts (as well as entire shell companies) for the messaging insiders to phone these "chat lines", which require credit card information for access. Today (April 9, 2008), it occurs to me from my own documentation, that the sheer number of these "chat lines" appears to have increased significantly in the past several months. They no doubt see these lines as a "safe haven" for their insider messaging. And the same Wall Street brokerages and other financial institutions have received tens of billions of dollars in "cash infusions" from foreign and domestic sources in recent months, so as to more than cover these (and other) new insider messaging expenses. It appears that the toll-free "chat lines", "phone sex lines", Freedom Mortgage, and other outgoing-message-only script, are used to send information referring to local numbers for the insiders to call. In other words, with just a few of these toll-free "area codes", they can dictate the local numbers for the insiders to contact, no matter which are code they may be located in the nation. Here is a quick example. Today (April 16, 2008), the Pope is in the White House. Phoning 1-800-POPE BEN(EDICT), I get the cheery messenger girl: "Let's have a good time together! Talk live now at 1-800-464-8900!" Replacing the 800 with my own area code, I find that 770-464-8900 has been disconnected. 770-POPE BEN; and 1-866-BEN16th have also been disconnected. As you will come to see, this covert messaging in the mass media can be proven, using law enforcement techniques as well as statistical analysis. A government of the people should be able to force it out of hiding and into the courts under the existing insider trading, wire fraud, RICO racketeering, and other anti-trust statutes. And a government of the people is invariably led not by government initiatives, but by the American people themselves. The federal government has consistently proven that they will allow this covert messaging to continue in the media. Wall Street corporations are regularly allowed to pay fines to settle with the federal government, "while admitting no wrongdoing"; and the brief news accounts of this pseudo-punishment provide more opportunities for the Wall Street messaging. You might say that this is a conduit for providing regular weekly payments for the federal government's compliance with the messaging. This would partially explain why we have never heard, through the mass media, of the existence of the covert messaging. Most often, individuals attempt to use such information as this for their own personal financial enrichment in the financial markets, with little or no positive results and often to their detriment. I stumbled upon this Language of the Touchpad scheme years ago, when I became weary (and suspicious) of hearing and reading exactly the same descriptions, phrases, and euphemisms throughout the mass media. I suspected that there could be something more to this "canned phrases as redundant mass media propaganda" phenomenon and set out to document it. In doing so, I was surprised to find that so many of the toll-free 800 numbers were "AT&T TrueTouch" message centers. Many of these (now EasyReach) message centers are sill in use today; many have been disconnected ( such as 1-800-FASCIST), but they can be easily reconnected as the need arises. Here are just a few that are still in use today. (Today is January 28, 2008): 1-800-LONER OS(WALD); 1-800-Saw A Vision Of The Virgin Mary; 1-800-Found Dead Of A Self-inflicted Gunshot Wound; 1-800-MONICA0; 1-800-KABOOM0; 1-800-BOMBS HE(RE); 1-800-TORCH IT; 1-800-BE BLACK; 1-800-LYNCH JO(E); (1-800-LYNCH MO(B), formerly an AT&T EasyReach number, is now a lead-in phone line for the message: "Talk to ladies all over the country. Call 1-800-648-TALK"). 1-800-DRUNKAR(D) has also been flipped to the "chat lines". Drunkard spelled backward, however, is still an AT&T EasyReach number: 1-800-DRAKNUR(D). So are 1-800-DREAMER; 1-800-EARRING; 1-800-THELMA0; and 1-800-FAITH HE(ALER): which equates to FAITH GE. Other than the "chat" lines and the "phone sex" lines, the most numerous of the toll-free lines in existence today appear to be the "Freedom" messages, referring to Freedom Mortgage and freedomsavings.com. (But, in recent weeks (today is May 1, 2008), I have noticed that the disconnected phone numbers have inreasingly been flipped for use as Verizon Conferencing lines- no doubt for the more secure insider messaging opportunities, as they require a password). According to their website, Freedom Mortgage is licensed to do business in a whopping 10 states; and yet somehow they have the financial wherewithal to tie up thousands (or hundreds of thousands) of these toll-free phone lines with their messages. Interestingly, when Bill Gates was testifying before Congress on March 3, 1998, he said, "It's about freedom". (Apparently his handlers told him to say this; so he may not have even know he was sending a message. Messages are best sent by the unknowing). At that time, 1-800-FREEDOM was the toll-free number of The Freedom Group (software) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Today it is the toll-free number for Fiserv Insurance Solutions (which is now the parent company of The Freedom Group), with offices in 12 cities- including the same Cedar Rapids, Iowa. And, according to Fiserv's website: Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, and Allegiant are among the eight or so software "Alliance Partners" associated with Fiserv. Some of the "hot" 1-800 phone numbers today (February 11, 2008) in view of the "big Microsoft/Yahoo news" and slow dance; these lines referencing Yahoo's ticker symbol (YHOO) were busy when I called during mid-day: 1-800- YHOO MIC(ROSOFT); 1-800-YHOO PLA(Y); 1-800-YHOO ADS; 1-800-YHOO STO(CK); 1-800-YHOO RIS(ING); 1-800-YHOO MAY; 1-800-YHOO MIG(HT); 1-800-YHOO WER(E); 1-800-YHOO REJ(ECTS);1-800-YHOO SNU(BS) was disconnected; 1-800-YHOOS BO(ARD) was an AT&T EasyReach message center. With a little thought, you can see how damaging this Language of the Touchpad scheme is, not only to small business, but to society's very fabric. Medical discoveries, such as a natural cure for cancer, will take a backseat to Britney Spears showing her cleavage, as there are more opportunities for messages in a culture-twisted starlet. Every "new" or invented social phenomenon, fad, or news story can be tapped for words (or phrases, acronym-style); and phone addresses continually added or dropped as necessary to prevent discovery of the guilty parties. You might see that this need for messaging fodder explains everything from the radio and television "payola" scandals of the 1950's, to the "pet rock" of the 1970's, to the celebrity longevity of "Pamela Sue". Every truth will be twisted as seen necessary, to conform to the need for regular messages hourly throughout the media. Even the re-wording of textbooks and other educational and instructional materials to send coded messages is fair game. This also yields the added benefit of preventing a large percentage of students from absorbing knowledge more quickly; and an illiterate and uneducated culture is always easier to subvert and subdue. It even helps create a "justification" for the corporate outcry for more foreign high-tech workers to be brought into our country on H1-B visas. Government communications, regulations, new tax laws, and even tax loopholes will be worded to comply with the messaging needs- especially when these duties are outsourced to private consultants who offer the lowest bid- but at what a price to the American public! Wall Street has always preached their adage "Buy on the rumor, sell on the fact"; and continues to do so, through CNBC and the other "business" channels. This makes absolutely no sense to a prudent investor, acting in his or her own best interest. Yet, if you will look at it from the insiders' vantage point, it makes perfect sense. (Aside from the countless messages which can be sent with this one phrase) there are infinitely more messaging opportunities in the hundreds of rumors which buzz around Wall Street every day. There are few facts reported, mind you: although transparency is legislated for these publicly-traded companies, it is scarcely enforced. If you buy a stock according to their convoluted "Buy on the rumor, sell on the fact" logic, you are providing the funding for deeds and misdeeds executed by the insider messaging complicitors; you have become part of their conspiracy. You might come to understand that the mass media's infatuation with- and even their invention of- every manner of lurid or perverse news coverage is guided by their complicity in this scheme. A year of daily television coverage of the O.J Simpson murder trial, for instance, provides the perfect structure for conducting such a messaging scheme. Addition or deletion of phone message addresses can be anticipated by the recipients without a previous script, as the "universe" of messages can be defined as legal or forensic terms; or words and phrases associated with Southern California, Hollywood, or celebrity. Last Saturday evening (January 26, 2008), the 10:00 evening news reported that a communication satellite had failed, with the large on-screen caption DEAD SATELLITE. On the same evening, I noticed that the first minutes of CSI Miami (a CBS production which enamors Americans to gore through glorious forensic display) featured a housewife sitting in her living room chair, "beheaded", her head still hanging atop her neck by a sinew. I called 1-800-SAT DEAD, and it was an AT&T EasyReach number. I didn't bother calling the other numerous and obvious references. Tonight (February 17, 2008), a&e Network (a joint venture of NBC, Disney, and Hearst Corporation), ran one of their periodic tributes to serial killers. Later, I searched the Internet to see if I could find whether Dahmer had been forced to take prescription medications by the authorities before he began his murder spree of at least 17 young men. Going through the list of victims, I found that AT&T EasyReach message centers had been set up for many of the names, including: 1-800-DAVID TH(OMAS); 1-800-JAMIE DO(XTATAR); 1-800-TONY HUG(HES); 1-800-KONERAK; 1-800-LACY OLI(VER); and 1-800-SMITH ED(DIE). The 1-800-CURTIS S(TRAUGHTER); and 1-800-JOSEPH B(RADEHOLT) lines returned busy signals: and 1-800-ERROLL L(INDSEY) was disconnected. Often I remind myself what a sordid pastime this (chasing and documenting the coded messaging criminals) is, especially when they so employ the macabre or the perverse. But then I remind myself that they will use the most arcane and wayward of possible messaging opportunities, simply because they know that few, if any, will follow the trail. And following the trail yields a preponderance, if not a mountain of evidence. Only the most dedicated of individuals will have the attention span, moral will, and tenacity required to perform more than a cursory examination and investigation of their own; but I know from a lifetime of personal experience that the majority of law enforcement officers are personally driven by more than their paycheck. 1-800-SERIAL K(ILLER) has been flipped to a "chat line" recorded message. 1-800-SERIAL R(APIST) and 1-800-SERIAL F(LASHER) are still AT&T EasyReach message centers. With a little more thought, you can see how this covert messaging and other corporate corruption go to the heart of America's decreasing competitiveness on the world stage. The insiders have relied on these and other non-competitive practices to maintain their fortunes and their oligopolies. Now they would have to learn new and legal ways to conduct their business interests in America. Will the financial interests of Wall Street and the super-rich be better served in the shelter of communist and fascist capital markets, on the other continents of the world, using the riches and patents they have taken from Americans? Certainly not in the long run. But I doubt their focus will ever be on the long-term health of America or Americans. Ultimately, you will realize the importance of preventing the mass media from being used in such a manner as I have described. And you will see the importance of not allowing the Federal Communications Commission to get away with allowing a few owners to monopolize over broad areas of the nation (enabled to Nuance Communications, Countrywide, over a Clear Channel, so to speak); as well as not allowing cross-ownership of newspapers and radio or television stations in the same cities. Allowed to continue unchecked, it follows that the messaging participants will over the course of time subcontract the messaging to cheaper and more cost-efficient organized crime entities: with no regard for the real costs in terms of democracy, national security, or individual human lives. And that leads to another yet more troubling question. How many American citizens' lives have already been "sacrificed" due to their personal discovery of (or otherwise due to the unbending nature of) this "Orwellian" messaging? That said, I realize that many Americans- or at least the majority who support it with the most viewing dollars- will never muster the intellectual curiosity required to consider the potential damage of such schemes as FCC treachery, much less the covert messaging. Movie viewers and video game players pay good money to be entertained: to be "drawn in" to their favorite medium which provides escape from their worry, drudgery, or other condition. They do not want to be bothered by a seed of doubt in the back of their minds that their "escape" experience is being used for someone's ulterior purposes: that would spoil the entertainment experience. If you are an investor in the stock market, you may take the position that this covert messaging is a "free speech" issue. If you are an average American (or an excellent American), you will come to see it for what it is: an insider trading, anti-trust, wire fraud, racketeering, and national security issue. After 15 years of studying (and recording examples of) this messaging, I am fairly certain that it has been in the service of Wall Street since the rotary dial was added to the telephone; and it (or equivalent pseudo-capitalist subterfuge) will be around long after I am gone. The guilty parties need only pause this activity during times of possible discovery; and it has been emboldened by a Wall Street-financed Republican Congress which deregulated the nation's phone lines and other communications in 1996. Newt Gingrich (R) was Speaker of the House in 1996, pounding the gavel frantically to hasten the deregulation process: he has since been rewarded with tens of millions (if not hundreds of millions) of dollars from Rupert Murdoch's NewsCorp and Fox Television for his treason against the American public. To my knowledge, Bob Dole (R) and John McCain (R) were the only two men who stood up in Congress in opposition to this treachery. An alternate method of signalling the message recipients of a pause in activity (or even a disguised method for sending embedded coded signals) may be in the form of a "glitch" in the current program, a temporary loss of signal, pixellation, loss of digital audio quality, etc.). And telephone devices can be enabled or disabled according to the messaging schedule, or with caller ID: "Your call cannot be completed At This Time"; "Your party is not available at this moment", etc. This methodology infringes on my patent's claims regarding detected availability or unavailability of the called party. And even the phone companies' operator messages (and the "message identification" letters and numbers which follow these messages) provide further structure for the insider messaging. Here is a particularly convincing example of the messaging. Today, someone e-mailed me saying that "I pass through M (my hometown) every week"... and (blah-blah-blah). I tried my local area code along with the phrase and all 10 combinations of the variable internal digit: 770-IPT*EW followed by a zero each time, and found eight out of 10 of them disconnected. (770-IPT(A thru C)EW0; 770-IPT(D thru F)EW0; 770-IPT(G thru I)EW0; 770-IPT(J thru L)EW0; 770-IPT(M thru O)EW0: 770-IPT(P thru S)EW0; 770-IPT(T thru V)EW0; 770-IPT(W thru Z)EW0). Call this sequence of numbers using your own local area code(s), and you may be rewarding your community and your state with at least the marginal disabling of a child pornography network; or even larger local executions to be carried out by larger organized crime networks. Now, some three months later (July 14, 2008), I find that most of these phone numbers have been reassigned to other businesses or individuals. To give the telephone and communications providers immunity from prosecution in government eavesdropping following the 9/11 attacks (as is currently being considered) would be particularly damaging to America. This would lay the groundwork and legal precedent for letting them off the hook for illegal activities such as the Language of the Touchpad scheme, and the newer Language of the Binary Code scheme. It would also allow them to virtually shred the evidence of their having eavesdropped on American citizens such as I, when we are attempting to bring to the American consciousness those issues that are worthy of investigation. This covert messaging can never be completely eliminated. Digitization of programming content in particular now enables covert transmission of massive amounts of data embedded within and alongside regular programming (even radio, TV, etc.) information streams: the FBI and other government law enforcement agencies can never hope to catch one percent of the illegal communications sent by Wall Street insiders, terrorists, or other organized crime factions. This is largely the result of a whoring Wall Street-financed Congress and state legislatures which have consistently refused to levy taxes on the Internet: you cannot spend money to investigate an enterprise unless you collect taxes from it, to pay for the investigations. And that brings us back to Google. Does anyone really pay attention to online ads? Most people I know do everything they can to block online banner ads and other Internet advertising. Everyone sees the flashy, colorful, or animated online ads as a nuisance, and a possible source of computer viruses and worms. If they want anything, they will use a search engine to seek out choices of manufacturers or distributors for the product or service they want. It follows that prudent advertisers would not throw their advertising dollars away with online advertising. Yet, the media "drumbeat" will attempt to convince us of the value of the online ad. According to CNBC's talking heads, the majority of Google's revenue is derived from online advertising. And today (January 2, 2008), Imran Khan of J.P. Morgan noted on CNBC that "more than a third of Google's ad revenues come from the United Kingdom". I suggest that the real value of the online ads lies in the ability of the Wall Street corporations who advertise there (as well as their associates) to use it as another means to conduct covert messaging while eliminating competition. Those complicit in this scheme will pay higher-than-reasonable prices for online ads, so that it becomes an exclusionary device to shut out interference from the real (and independent) competition. In doing so, they not only prevent interference with their messaging; but they also exclude interference from competition who would offer the same goods or services at lower prices. And in doing so, they help protect, perfect, and further the "Google online advertising monopoly/GE-style conglomerate", as well as the Wall Street communications oligopoly. And, according to Yahoo's announcement at the Consumer Electronics Show (in January, 2008), they too have decided that they want to abandon their technology focus, to make their money in the advertising realm a la Google. Under the pretext of "free trade", Wall Street and related institutions rely on the relative lack of sophistication of most investors and inadequate disclosure of information (although they are required by law as "public" companies to be "transparent"), in order to conduct themselves as quasi-pyramid schemes; and they use the political power bought by the trillions of dollars and other currency flowing daily, for such purposes as money-laundering, payola, and the stifling of competition from independent inventors and small business. With help from Congress, the Presidency, and the Courts, they enjoy unreasonable advantage over small business and independent inventors: large institutional investors and small investors alike funnel billions of dollars to them every day, without adequate knowledge of the nature of the companies or technologies in which they are investing. The rich and the mass media continually lobby their sponges in Congress to prevent higher taxes on the "investor class"- but the blame for most of America's social and economic problems is attributable to the poor regulation and inadequate taxation of their stock market investments. Wall Street companies receive huge amounts of unearned income, based not on sound business fundamentals, but on such impractical measures as the momentum of the speculation in their stock's price surge. These companies must find some use for the huge new infusions of capital, and so they in turn will invest in newer, smaller, and even less scrupulous companies whose values are even more doubtful, and in many cases which are actually criminal ventures. The "investor class" therefore should be taxed at a higher rate to cover the damage to the American public, not to mention the monetary costs of additional policing and prosecution of the white-collar offenders involved. Yet their spokesmen, such as General Electric's modern-day Goebbels Cramer on CNBC, even loudly proclaim their right to capitalize on the misery of the American underclasses in such areas as healthcare, for-profit wars, illegal monopolies, and corporate control of Congress; because modern Wall Street capitalism has devolved into a scheme more fittingly described as corporate socialism, to capitalize on (for example) the health-care problems of your family and your neighbors, and even your own health- and their scheme is largely financed by your own retirement plan! CNBC's "Mad Money" show begins at 6:00 p.m. weekdays, with Cramer's greeting: "Some people want to make friends. I just want to make you money". 1-800-IJWTMYM has been disconnected. Last evening (February 13, 2008), Cramer diverged by saying, "I just want more days like this one". Calling 1-800-IJWMDLT, I was connected to an anonymous "conferencing center". I punched more buttons and got through to a young associate who divulged (after my second request) that the name of his company is Connex International. I did more research on the Internet and found that The Connex Group and Connex International are located in an office space in New York City. According to their website, they engage in "audio, video, and internet services ranging from automated conferencing to customized audio conferencing". Both of their websites (that I saw) were attractive enough and gave the appearance of a multi-million dollar company. If you look closer, however, you will question such a company. They misspell the word achieve in large bold letters; and their News and Events page lists nothing more recent than 2006. Googling "ACHEIVE" yields no results, and instead corrects me on my spelling. Only after typing "ACH EIVE" with a space between the H and the E, am I provided some Google results for ACHEIVE: leading to bottomless blogs with redundant misspellings of "achieve", which can be used as pointers to indicate adjacent coded messages. Hardly a day goes by that I am not informed by friends, relatives, or acquaintances of some new horror story involving the sordid and lecherous state of American healthcare. Wrongful diagnoses, unnecessary surgical procedures, and the wanton flood of prescription drugs pervade each and every one of these personal accounts of misfortune. I was made acutely aware of this problem some two years ago when my mother, my sister, and my aunt (each having doctors some 25 to 50 miles apart) were separately told within a three-week time span that they each required angioplasty with a balloon catheter to clear arterial plaque. I smelled a rat and called my mother's physician to inform him that a medication my mother was taking was the likely cause of her irregular heartbeat detected on his treadmill. His nurses wouldn't let me communicate with the doctor for reasons of confidentiality- but he subsequently backed off the more invasive angioplasty, performed a scope of her heart valve instead, and finally admitted that she had the heart and blood vessels of a "16-year-old". Just a week later, my next-door neighbor told me that her aunt had recently died when the balloon ruptured while undergoing the angioplasty procedure- performed in her doctor's office in South Carolina! More recently, I have become aware of (perhaps) the largest and most deadly of the prescription drug ripoffs: the statin (cholesterol-lowering) drugs, with Pfizer's Lipitor leading the way. Doctors typically use what can only be described as fear tactics, to convince patients that they need the statins: they are told that they are "very likely to suffer a stroke or heart attack" otherwise. And a couple of years ago, the marketing geniuses at Pfizer apparently observed that their Lipitor product was nearing market saturation; and their patent was due to expire in 2009. Their solution, it seems, was to instruct Lipitor-prescribing physicians to lower the cholesterol-count targets for patients. In other words, patients were told that continued treatment with Lipitor was necessary even if they had met their targets, because their guiding angels- the doctors and drug companies- had deemed it necessary to lower cholesterol-count guidelines. Now, urology surgeons are starting to reap the benefits of the Statin-Providers-Gone-Wild payola scheme. Now Lipitor patients have developed problems such as memory loss, weakness, and particularly muscular breakdown, leading to kidney damage such as rhabdomyolysis and nephritis. In many cases, doctors are leaping to "kidney cancer" diagnoses and using tactics that are sure to make patients submit to quick surgical removal of an offending kidney. Cunningly (and tellingly) the Urology Clinic surgeons often feature on their websites information regarding "kidney mass", avoiding the term "cancer": an apparent attempt at a disclaimer absolving themselves of responsibility in the treachery. The point is that this is unregulated pseudo-capitalism at its worst: physicians going through the motions, following in sheeplike lockstep behind Wall Street's drug companies and device makers; and most of them prescribing whatever treatment, medication, or surgical procedure of the day will leverage their next mansion while steering clear of lawsuits. Under the banner of "free trade", the super-rich and their Wall Street underlings are now perfecting their own economic model of a "one world government", in which other countries and entities- including financial despots of the Communist and Fascist varieties- lord over such critical assets as our personal real estate holdings, through complex financial instruments tied to our mortgaged homes and other real estate. Oil-producing countries (particularly in the Middle East) have realized huge unearned profits with the progressive rise in oil and gasoline prices. How much of this unearned increment is due to the re-investment of their profits in arcane futures and options positions in the American financial markets which in turn drive the price of oil and gasoline yet higher? And, since they have realized such huge profits, they must have more than one conduit to re-invest: why not use some of this capital to wage a financial war against their American transgressors? How much of our outrageous health care premiums are directly attributable to their re-investment in the health care providers, drug companies, and other associated companies in the stock markets? Over two hundred years ago, Thomas Jefferson (and other patriots) warned that our own society would someday mirror the societal schism created by decadent England's historical exploitation of their nation's underclasses. He noted that the "rich are living off the blood of the poor". Jefferson also warned of the growing problem of corporations attempting to replace our government with their own influence; this was some 130 years before President Eisenhower warned us of the problem posed by the military-industrial complex. And indeed, thanks to a modern pseudo-intellectual predisposition toward "multi-nationalism" and "globalism", the greatest threat to our national security today comes from such despotic sources as Marxist Australian Fox TV/Newscorp (which now owns and increasingly perverts the Wall Street Journal); and other yet more obscure financial entities. Leading the way for them, however, are America's largest corporations which have increasingly expatriated to foreign countries to escape labor laws, taxation, and the rule of law in a maturing America. It is naive at best to believe that foreign countries will become more democratic and moralistic, by exporting Wall Street's pseudo-capitalistic methods to them. It is even more naive to deny that American government- federal and state- will become more like the repressive regimes in China and Russia in particular. It therefore comes as no surprise, in light of Wall Street's abandonment of the rule of law, in favor of Communist shelter, that America's future now rests in the grasp of lawless despots throughout the unregulated and lawless corners of the globe. In their own modern version of the classic shell game, Wall Street's ill-gotten capital is diverted from one stock to another- and one stock market sector to another- and one stock market to another- and to stock markets in other parts of the world, when their Patent thefts and other corruption are in danger of exposure. Corrupt governments from the U.S. to China typically turn a blind eye to manipulation of the stock markets, allowing covert messaging in the mass media, "trading curbs", and "computer glitches" to serve as means to prevent naturally-occurring and meaningful stock market corrections. ( A large correction would dampen the influx of new investment and thus would not serve the pyramid-scheme nature of the stock markets). Periodically, however, the corruption cannot escape discovery and a worldwide stock market collapse occurs. Earlier last year, record sums of money were being shifted to private equity funds (and then back into the stock markets) to evade taxation, government scrutiny, and the intended reforming effect of Sarbanes-Oxley reform legislation. Now these deals have been renegotiated or broken. More recently, during a minor correction in the U.S. and global stock markets (Q1-2008), the losses were shifted into commodities such as crude oil and wheat. This created momentum in the commodities market to push prices higher, creating opportunity for speculation and mass-media-rhetoric-for-messages (which are in fact the two principal drivers of the financial markets). This is simply a repeat episode of the classic inflationary scheme designed to punish Americans and others for democratic tendencies. (It appears as though a slight majority of Americans are set to elect Mr. Obama as President; and even the Republican candidate Mr. McCain is considered too "liberal" by many in his own party, due to his more centrist views). During the (bygone?) Cold War Era, it was the conventional wisdom that the only thing keeping the "Commies" from invading the North American continent was the fact that a majority of Americans personally owned firearms of some description; and that fact holds some relevance to this very day. Nikita Khrushchev infamously promised during the Kennedy Cuba missile crisis, "We will bury you!" It is the opinion of many of us that he did not mean to use bullets or bombs- but they would use our own governmental, financial, and social institutions to achieve their objective. Therefore, today it is of equal or greater importance to understand that our most significant weapon against tyranny lies in our ability to sustain the economic "slings and arrows" thrown at us: the violent swings in the economy that catch us by surprise. Our most important defense, therefore, is to maintain some degree of cash savings to weather the economic storms, and as leverage to generate capital from our labors and other activities. But Wall Street does not welcome the quest for some degree of financial independence by Americans. Our financial independence is seen as a threat to their oligopolies, in the form of possible competition. To them, it is imperative that we be subdued in our roles as consumers and nothing more. And so, they will do anything to keep interest rates at unreasonably low levels in order to prevent more Americans from saving money. They will do everything in their power, however questionable or illegal, to keep their stock market yields high, and to keep the treasury yields low. This effectively encourages the family bread-winner to borrow more money against the homestead than it is actually worth (to go out and buy that new luxury toy, for example); and renders to Wall Street the added benefit of insuring that we will become slaves to the monthly payments, and to the Corporate Will- however unethical and unreasonable- both in the short term and over the longer term. The only viable investment opportunity that Wall Street wants for Americans, is to save money in stock market-based retirement accounts, as the money can be periodically plundered by insiders during surprise market corrections. This is a simple, yet highly-effective method for insuring the regular periodic redistribution of wealth, from the middle class and the lower class, to the Wall Street insiders and the super-rich: second only to having a Republican President and Congress which regularly lower the tax rates for the rich. The current "mortgage crisis" is largely a result of (mostly affluent and Wall Street-empowered) luxury homeowners having pulled non-existent equity out of their homes and rental properties, to finance their aspirations as the new Wall Street investor class. Adding to the problem was the "Flip This House" mentality engendered by Wall Street's mass media. Another major factor not reported by the mass media is the number of illegally-provided mortgages and other loans extended to illegal immigrants. In 2006, Wells Fargo publicly announced a mortgage program for illegal immigrants, and Bank of America announced a credit card program for illegal immigrants. Most of the resulting debts from defaulting loans have been rolled into Collateralized Debt Obligations, Structured Investment Vehicles, and other money-laundering vehicles in the financial markets. Countrywide Credit is said to be the largest mortgage lender in the U.S.; the company recently suffered a major setback when it came to light that they had made more bad loans than any lender over the past years. Today (April 4, 2008), the Atlanta Journal-Constitution ran a front-page article on James Earl Ray, in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of his assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King. The article repeats Ray's assertion that he was a "fall guy". Dialing 1-877-FALLGUY, I find that it is a Countrywide Credit toll-free number. Dialing 1-866-FALLGUY: "a non-working number at Dell Computer". Interestingly, the June 25, 2007 20th Century Fox DVD release of the first season of the TV show "Fall Guy" (which ran on ABC-TV from 1981-1985) coincides with an almost 50% run-up in Dell's stock price during the middle of 2007. The juggernaut of irresponsible residential, commercial, and personal lending has also provided a means to backdoor-finance high-tech ventures and other Wall Street ventures which would never have been facilitated otherwise. The same problem had already surfaced in China three years ago, where the average (modest) homeowner had mortgaged real estate over the limit in order to invest in the raging bull market there. The crisis there was quelled by currency devaluation and other market manipulations. The same is being performed here today with the Federal Reserve's "injections of liquidity". But, with every such increase in the money supply, the dollar is devalued: "backdoor inflation", courtesy of the Federal Reserve. This damages the American citizen's buying ability, and increases our need to buy yet more cheap (and flawed) Chinese products. And each of the new factories, roads, and infrastructure for manufacturing of cheap products in China pushes our oil and gasoline prices ever-higher. Chairman Ben Bernanke has once again proven that, no matter who is at the helm (today is September 18, 2007), the Federal Reserve will continue to misrepresent the true nature of inflation and its toll on the American working class. Ask anyone in the middle class or lower class if retail prices have risen (and are rising steadily) and they will laugh- or scowl- and attest to the fact that anyone who says otherwise is a liar. The Federal Reserve has proven that it will serve foremost as an orifice to prevent meaningful stock market corrections in spite of long-term damage to the American economy, democracy, and small business: and in particular spite of dissidents and independent inventors. Instead, they provide cover for Wall Street's creation of real or hyperbolic economic recessions, when the guilty on Wall Street are in danger of discovery and punishment. And the (quasi-governmental) Federal Reserve is not the only government agency at fault. Every branch and division of government has a sizable population of eager beavers, ready to go to bat for Wall Street, from the Presidency on down to the FBI. Starting with the Reagan administration, our government agencies have been virtually sold off, under the euphemism of "privatization", to the lowest bidders (and the highest bidders) with no regard to the real cost to Americans or the real motives of the private entities. Even the President will step up to the podium at any time of the day and utter whatever words have been appointed for him (regardless of the true meaning, translation, or purpose of the words. Remember, this is a man so infantile as to refuse to pronounce the word "nuclear" correctly, insisting on "nukular" in its stead. On the other end of the bi-polar political spectrum was President Carter with his "nukier". Perhaps they simply cannot grasp the reality of "nuclear"). And the FBI just today (November 8, 2007) issued a statement, according to CNBC at mid-day, offering a cover story as a way of explaining why the stock market continued to sell off today in a continuation of yesterday's declines: a "credible threat to the nation's shopping malls during the holiday season" had supposedly been received. The point is that the government is a repository of Wall Street well-wishers, eager to send coded messages, bogus information, or generally do any deed for the stock markets, in order to someday reap the rewards: most often a payoff in the form of a dream job or other golden stipend from their Wall Street or "private equity" sugar daddies, upon retirement from their respective government posts. And, of course, with the privatization of agencies, fewer and fewer of the government employees have any real allegiance to the United States government. Wall Street is at war against real capitalism, genuine free enterprise, true democracy, and protestantism (lower-case "p" protestantism: the right and the will to protest, by anyone willing to stand up for his or her rights). They use every institution at their disposal- from organized crime, to lobbyists in the state and federal governments, to the medical and psychiatric professions, and (the propaganda power of) the mass media- to fulfill their agenda. They have shaped the courts and their interpretation of patent and antitrust laws to benefit their own chosen illegal monopolies and oligopolies, in order to stifle the natural citizens' aristocracy and meritocracy that would otherwise thrive from an unfettered legal system and Patent Office. They have nearly succeeded in convincing a majority of Americans that the word "conspiracy" is not a legal term, but a word more closely aligned with some psychiatric disorder. In today's military-corporate environment, the father of our country George Washington might be confined in a strait jacket and fed a steady diet of Prozac or some other psychotropic drug, for issuing such a statement as his quote (from his retirement at Mount Vernon) which I included at the opening of this text. Instead, he was bled to death, using the "advanced medical treatment" of that day: "bloodletting". At the fore of Wall Street's War Against Democracy is a psychological war against the common citizenry, with the ultimate end of defeating the possibility of rewarding the intellectual creativity of independent inventors, the morality of whistleblowers, and other egalitarian motives. The lockstep psychiatric community wields a perverse convoluted logic, as taught through the state university system. Actually conceived and developed by right-wing German "intellectuals" from the 1890's through World War II, the PsychoBabble served Hitler well. Since the 1950's it has been adopted to shield Wall Street and corporate organized crime, often by targeting individuals who would otherwise dedicate themselves to pushing for reform in government and other institutions. In a most illustrative example of the convoluted nature of their twisted PsychoLogic, for example, anyone who enjoys the blood and gore of slasher movies is deemed by the PsychoSystem to be healthy and only seeking creative escape; while anyone who rebels publicly against the gore- or against the Celebrity Worship State, in general- is a delusional person in need of advanced psychiatric treatment. And, according to their Psychiatric Axis gobbledygook, if a large enough group of people believe in the same thing (such as having seen a vision of George Bush in the clouds, astride a Texas stallion and armed with a crucifix and battle gear, for example), it qualifies as a mass delusion and as such is Psycho-Protected as a religious experience, and therefore is not a delusion at all. With assistance from Hollywood and Madison Avenue, a majority of Americans are regularly convinced of "new" and mysterious psychiatric conditions which require professional help and mind-altering drugs for individuals. I emphasize the word individuals, because it is usually one person at a time who resolves to take a stand against the complex and entrenched nature of America's problems; it is usually one whistleblower at a time who is resolute enough to stand alone against a particularly unjust Corporation in spite of losing his (or her) job, and in spite of the financial hardship which follows; and most of us are just too enmeshed in the rigors of daily survival to spend the time, much less the extra energy and worry of fighting against insurmountable odds. And, speaking of individuals, the common denominator in virtually all of the shooting sprees that take place every few days in various parts of the country, is that they are carried out by individuals who had been arrested and then forced by the courts and psychiatric experts to submit to powerful mind-altering prescription medications before being released by the authorities. Just to name a few of Wall Street/Hollywood's marquis psychiatric syndromes: During the 1950's Americans were convinced of the certainty of the "split personality disorder" through the Hollywood movie "The Three Faces of Eve". Later, in the 1980's, it was renamed the "Multiple Personality Disorder", in perfect coincidence with Microsoft's arrival on the Nasdaq Stock Market, and their ticker symbol (MSFT). MPD and MSF occupy the same set of keys on the telephone touchpad. If you examine lists of psychiatric diagnoses, medical afflictions, and even the "new" names of government agencies and programs, you will see that many of their acronyms coincide with ticker symbols on the NYSE, the NASD, and other markets. This is where the "true" value of most of these stocks has been; without the messaging, they would be subjected to valuation according to traditional business fundamentals. And this is why the stock prices of thousands of them have fallen so sharply in the past several months. (Today is April 15, 2008). During the 1960's, "manic depressive disorder" came to the fore: Jimi Hendrix even dedicated a rock anthem to it. In the 1970's, psychiatrists and their new offspring the psychoanalysts celebrated the day's new money-maker "paranoid schizophrenia", most often rounded up with the (reform-stifling) subscripts "with delusions of grandeur", or "with delusions of persecution". In the 1980's, "bi-polar disorder" served Wall Street, the psycho-pharmaceutical cartel, and Hollywood well. In the 1990's, it was understood that Americans could be duped into taming their children through drugs instead of discipline. Americans were therefore introduced to Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder; the acronym is shortened to ADD in the media. (1-800-HAVE ADD is an AT&T EasyReach number). Today (April 15, 2008), I notice that the stock of Affymetrix (AFFX) has fallen sharply, both yesterday and today. Yesterday I had phoned a list of numbers, both local and toll-free, beginning with the ADD series of digits. I also notice that Crox (CROX) has fallen from about $80 in November, to about $10 per share today. CROX most obviously coincides with ARMY on the telephone touchpad. Intuitive Surgical's ticker symbol (ISRG) coincides with a bottomless list of possibilities for messaging, including: the sun IS SHining; IS RIsing; it IS SImple; the phone IS RInging; that IS RIght; IS RIsen; IS SIn; etc... Dialing a few of these references with my local area code, as well as some of the 800, 866 and other toll-free prefixes, I am met with an army of fax machines, busy signals, and messenger boys (most of whom do not realize the sham nature of their particular company). Now, in the 2000's decade, large numbers of Americans are convinced that they cannot survive the stresses of everyday life without their daily Prozac, Xanax, or other pill to alleviate their General Anxiety Disorder, depression, FragileX Syndrome, Restless Leg Syndrome, or a host of other molehills-made-into-mountains. The beauty of the "prescriptive psychiatric assault" on Americans is that Wall Street can call into question the credibility of each of these medicated individuals as witnesses in court proceedings or investigations of corporate criminal activity. And the worst part is that America's judges and lawyers are at the head of the assault: every day they assist in convincing American jurors of the veracity of the myriad of exaggerated or contrived mental disorders. Thankfully, American jurors in most cases will not fall for this scheme of PsychiatricSolutions, preferring instead to hold individuals personally accountable for their crimes. The War Against Democracy can be waged against us in the most cowardly of ways, and in the most unlikely of places. It is our job as citizens to insure that the most defenseless of Americans, including our children, the disabled veterans, and the elderly, be protected by using our wits and whatever resources are available. Today (January 18, 2008), it was announced that the Carlyle Group's $6.3 billion acquisition of Manor Care, Inc., was in its final stages. The Carlyle Group is a Washington, D.C.-based private equity group of Americans (and others) who shared its ownership with the Bush family and with the Saudi Arabian Bin Ladin Group until two weeks after the 9/11 attacks. (At last report, the government of Abu Dhabi still owns 7.5% of The Carlyle Group; and George H.W. Bush is still a paid senior advisor). Manor Care is a publicly-traded Toledo, Ohio-based nursing home provider with over 500 facilities in 32 states. We all know the horror stories that have surrounded the nursing homes for the elderly and others. The greater percentage of nursing home residents labored at careers with local, state, or federal government; or have worked for Wall Street corporations, including defense contractors, or the military. Most of them have sharp minds and good recall of events in their previous careers in public or private employment, despite the mass media and drug companies' constant drumbeat that the elderly are virtually all victims of Alzheimers- or otherwise need to be medicated "for their own good". Their clear recollection of events that have transpired in their respective jobs could be perceived as a threat to the Wall Street military-industrial (and other) oligopolies; and the owners of such a network of nursing homes could find it to be- or simply by their negligence, could allow it to be- an attractive burial ground for such memories. Select (and undiscoverable) execution of individuals is mere child's play for those involved in the communo-fascist messaging that I have described here. Meanwhile, the devil went down to Georgia. "at&t" (formerly a company proud to include American in its name), now has bought BellSouth- and, turning back the clock 20+ years- has effectively spit on Judge Greene's 1984 breakup of the monopoly, thanks to a Republican-minded Federal Communications Commission. And this week (today is February 23, 2007), at&t is leading other Georgia utilities in decimating Georgia's campaign finance laws. Under the proposed legislation now before Georgia's supreme Republican-minded whorehouse, the General Assembly, "utilities" such as at&t would be given the right to finance political campaigns directly. The proposed legislation goes so far as to reverse a 1988 law which made it a felony for utilities to contribute to Public Service Commission candidates. And now, in an apparent effort to be closer to their beloved Mafia, at&t has made a bid for controlling interest in Telecom Italia, the Italian government telephone monopoly; this, while spreading their tentacles of "benevolent" political and charitable contributions and commercial sponsorships throughout Georgia and the United States. Closer ties to the Mafia are unnecessary. For the past 10 years or so, at&t's Bellsouth had been investing billions of dollars aggressively in Central America and South America. Colombia's stock market has reportedly gained 900% over the past 5 years. Yet the average Colombian lives in poverty, has few job prospects, and seeks opportunity in Mexico and the United States. Everyone is familiar with the government corruption, drug cartels, and organized crime in Colombia and Central America. Who needs the Italian Mafia when Colombia, Brazil, and the rest of South America already has a ready network of crime and violence spread throughout the United States in the form of millions of anonymous illegal immigrants? And who needs the Italian Mafia or South American gangs, so long as Wall Street has the means, the motive, and the opportunity to initiate (real or h | |
